JJ Pro Electric Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.. A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable. This includes products that have been used or damaged, as they cannot be resold. Additionally, items not returned in their original packaging are also ineligible for returns, as the packaging is considered part of the product’s original condition. Lastly, clearance or final sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage you to review the product details and ensure your satisfaction before making a purchase.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at info@jjproelectric.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect, please contact us at info@jjproelectric.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
